	| Mine: | Thinly written characters are hampered by a silly concept. Appealling to young girls only is my guess. Brittany Murphy is a lousy actress. Dakota Fanning has some good moments. Weak! The pet pig is the most interesting thing in the movie. |

	| Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: | A grown-up woman, who kept her childish instincts and behavior, start working as a nanny of a 8-year-old girl, who actually acts like an adult. But in the end everything turns to its right places |
