An interesting idea, if not very successfully executed. The point-of-view gets in the way of effective story telling. The characters never get to be very compelling and it makes it hard for the drama to have much impact. The implausibility of so many of the plot points is in such sharp contract to the realistic filming style that it make it hard to take the movie seriously.
