	| Mine: | Sure it is a schmatlzy romance, that is quite predictable, but I like it a great deal. Annette Bening is gorgous. I even liked Michael Douglas, which is unusual for me. The support cast is terrific. Love the unappologetic liberal bias the whole movie. |

	| Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: | Slick, entertaining Hollywood concoction about a widowed president who's attracted to a lobbyist and decides to pursue her--naively ignoring the political impact this liaison may have during an election year. Appealing performances and a bright screenplay (by Aaron Sorkin) help this likable movie glide along past its considerable gaps in credibility. This is the ultimate wish-fulfillment movie, with a president who's handsome, funny, forthright, decisive, and honest. If only! Panavision. |

 | I like this film really very much. Although it is romance, it has its own humour and when I am depressed, I like watching it. |
