	| Mine: | Yeah this is really stupid, implausible, and badly acted; but I liked it. Lithgow has a lot of fun chewing the scenery with an over the top villain. Great location shooting, and even Stalone is kind of fun. |

	| Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: | Self-doubting mountain rescue expert Sly is pitted against really rotten Lithgow and his gang, who are after $100 million lost in the Rockies. Eye-popping photography (by Alex Thomson), white-knuckle stunts, a swift pace, and entertaining characters add up to what a well-made action film should be: tons of fun. Story is thin, though. Italy's Dolomites stand in for the Rockies. Panavision. |
