Reviews
Mine: Easily Kubricks best f ilm. Very funny, kind of scary. Great performances all around.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: U. S. President must contend with the Russians and his own political and military leaders when a fanatical general launches A-bomb attack on U. S. S. R. Sellers plays the President, British captain, and mad inventor of the Bomb in this brilliant black comedy, which seems better with each passing year. Sellers' phone conversation with Soviet premier is classic. Outstanding cast, incredible sets by Ken Adam. Jones' film debut.
