Here's a man who's clearly got an attitude problem: Whether he's playing the FBI agent in Trading Places (1983), the teacher in The Breakfast Club (1985), or the police chief in Die Hard (1988), Paul Gleason always has a chip on his shoulder. Actually, this utility supporting player is at his best playing uptight, belligerent authority figures and white-collar sleazebags. A veteran of TV soaps such as "All My Children" and "Another Life," and Roger Corman quickies, including Private Duty Nurses (1971), he has also appeared in The Pursuit of D. B. Cooper(1981), She's Having a Baby (1988), Miami Blues(1990).
